Hi, I’m Patrick. Thanks for taking the time to review my site and learn a bit about me.
I moved from Pennsylvania to North Carolina in 1994 to start my career in sales. As a territory manager with a growing footwear company, I traveled constantly throughout North and South Carolina, but soon discovered that Greensboro felt most like home.
I began my full-time real estate career in 1996, partnering in the business with my wife, Elizabeth. With over 500 transactions under my belt, I’ve had the opportunity to experience and learn from just about every situation in residential real estate. I’ve received numerous awards for sales success over the years and I continue a constant quest to provide the best possible experience for my clients.
I’m a graduate of Penn State University and the proud father of 11-year-old twin boys. My wife Elizabeth and I met in high school and have been happily married for over 17 years. I enjoy leisure time with family and friends, travel, golf, reading, good food, and the occasional camping trip (when I can talk Elizabeth into it.)
My business philosophy is simple: Be ethical, knowledgeable, and treat people the way I would want to be treated. This philosophy is what has kept me ahead of the competition for over 14 years.
